Dynamic balance
Moving without losing your base.
Like reaching into a cupboard or getting into the car.

Multi-generational
I am over 65! I bought one for myself (love it) the tutorials online are great. Progress is fast! Targets balance and core - very versatile. Also bought one for a toddler grandchild! It’s multi-generational mayhem!
Nice addition!
Ordered a SlackBoard not sure what to expect since balance exercises/workouts haven't been high on my list. But, man I am glad I did. My knees and lower legs feel stronger and my 80 year old dad, who had double knee replacements, has even been using it!!!!
So glad we got this!
Family fun and cross-over to kids sports and parents aging bodies. Originally looking for additional ways to add balance and body awareness for our budding young athlete, the SlackBoard has become the family toy of choice.

It’s optional. The Balance Pole provides extra stability while you build balance and confidence, making it a great option for beginners and anyone who wants a little more support. A wall or a sturdy counter works too. Shop the Balance Pole.
For the best performance, we recommend 400 lb (181 kg) or less. Heavier users may find the line loses tension a little faster, which is normal and easy to fix by re-tensioning.
