Ordered a SlackBoard not sure what to expect since balance exercises/workouts haven't been high on my list. But, man I am glad I did. My knees and lower legs feel stronger and my 80 year old dad, who had double knee replacements, has even been using it!!!!

It's been great for working on my core while I'm working from home. I'll hop on and off as I take calls or when I need a break from my desk and screens. I'm excited to try some yoga poses once my core and balance improves a bit. Highly recommend!

I’m in my mid 40’s and want to improve my balance; I can feel my balance, focus, and reaction time improving already. There is a slackline at the bouldering gym that I want to work up to.

Love this thing. I've been a skateboarder and snowboarder for over 2 decades and this helps me regain my balance. I think this will be super helpful for conditioning my foot/ankle/calves for riding toe edge on the mountains. Great purchase. It even matches my Vans!!
