Oh, for my initial few times of using it I’m gonna love it once I get into a regular routine

Helpful for confidence and learning balance and strengthening my core.

Great workmanship and quality. I feel comfortable using this slack board and I enjoy using it.

I got a pair of these after realizing I could not get started without them. Will be awhile until I can back off using them.

Didn’t end up needing the pole

You can get a pvc pipe and two ends for the same thing.

I have just begun. I am a month shy of 74 and I am on a campaign to rehabilitate from all the neglect of my physical self in deference to reverence of the cerebral, the intellect. My balance is off and I am aware of how potentially detrimental this can be. Each day I get better from using my beautifully crafted and designed slackboard. Thank you!

Great addition for my kids and getting use to more complicated balance moves!

The slack board pole is great for beginners and seniors just getting confidence. Has just enough flex to give support as needed. I have upcoming hip replacement and I’m looking forward to using it for support on my recovering side during PT. My one complaint- show more videos for those of us using two straps. It would be so helpful to see both a single strap and dual strap versions of the “minute” daily exercises, and include more dual strap workouts as well. That way progression from two straps to one would be encouraged as well.

The pole is great, but the wall is better😊

Very well-made and sturdy. Not heavy. Helps keep balance, catches me when I fall off G-board. Just what I needed.

Excellent product

The balance stick is very helpful for starting. Once you get comfortable with an exercise you will not need it. Good tostart with it.

Kinda flimsy expected to be more rigid

I find it very helpful for stretching out my hip flexors and lats. I use it for balance on slack board.

Pole is fine but I have an issue with one of the slack lines on the board, it will not hold tension, seems to be broken/missing a piece. Disappointed with this purchase.

Good sturdy pole with big rubber ends. Really helps and its a challenge to not use it, but hold it horizontally for balance. Not sure it is worth $60, but I like it and didn't want to take the time to make my own.

Stout and usable.

The slackboard pole is a very solid piece of equipment. It’s long and sturdy and both ends have non slipgrips.

My kids love it ans so do I!

Makes a world of difference in helping me master this!
