Yes! The low-to-the-ground design makes the SlackBoard great for beginners. Even though balancing on the line is challenging, because your foot is so close to the ground, it's easy to restart once you lose your balance.

Nope! Your SlackBoard arrives fully assembled, with the line already installed and tensioned. Just unbox it and step on.
Every board includes a tensioning dowel and instructions to re-tension anytime. The SlackBoard Plus and Pro also include everything you need to switch between one- and two-line setups.
