Great! Appreciate the customer service

Great! Appreciate the customer service. This part fixed our issue and my son loves the board. He's autistic, 7, and a sensory seeker especially when it comes to his feet (jumping, running, climbing). This board is awesome.

Much better than original

This one works. Much better than the inadequate 3D printed unit our board came with.

Fast Shipping

Fast Shipping, and the part fixed the problem. It looks sturdier than the original 3d printed tension clip.

Upgraded Clip Performs as Advertised

This clip seems to hold tension far more reliably than the original, especially for heavier users (myself).

Original gibbon boards were gifts

Original gibbon boards were gifts. The new parts came immediately and I haven’t even been able to get them to my kids to do the replacements!

Hi! I ordered by board about a year or two ago. But the black clip has broken 3 times and I forgot to replace it. I was going to purchase a new one and saw they are tan in color now. Are they stronger now? Or is there another reason way the black ones have broken so many times for me? I set it up using the video provided and only by 2 girls use the board. Thanks for any clarity.

GIBBON

Yes, our clips (tan) are now injection molded and are covered under your original warranty. Just reach out to our CS team at Info@GIBBON-USA.com for assistance. Please make sure to include your original order number in your email so we can easily validate your warranty status.

I bought a slack board a couple of months ago. It was at a discount because it had some imperfections. Anyway, I love it but the single line clip broke. Is it under warranty? If so, can I get it replaced?

GIBBON

Hi Tia, please contact our customer service team directly and they will be happy to assist. You can reach them at Info@GIBBON-USA.com

My son got me a slackboard so I do not have the order number it was 2-3 months ago. I noticed a white part broke under the slack line so now it does not stay tight for very long. It's almost worthless to me now but I would really like to know if it is a part that can be replaced. It is. Single line slackboard adult size

GIBBON

Yes it can. Please contact our team at Info@GIBBON-USA and we will make sure you are taken care of.
