Shipping Policy

We are proud that more than 75% of orders placed ship out the same day or the next business day. Occasionally, our warehouse is shut down or we are so overwhelmed with orders that we can’t get a board shipped out by the next day. In those situations, it can take up to 3-5 business days to ship out. If it is going to be much longer than that, we’ll let you know. We do occasionally run out of boards but offer them for sale on backorder. When that happens, we will have a message on the product detail page (usually in bold red font right by the “Add to Cart” button) indicating that the board is in backorder status and setting an expectation of when we will receive that board back in stock. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Unfortunately, once the order ships out, we cannot guarantee when it will arrive. We have provided the FedEx shipping time estimator at the bottom of this page for your reference. Please consider the transit times shown below or any that we provide only as an estimate. Weather, service and other issues can cause delays in transit that are out of our control. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Occasionally, packages will get damaged in shipping. If there is any damage to your product or you did not receive your shipment, please contact us within 10 days of the ship date of your order. Our shipping carrier has a short time window to lodge a complaint, so if you do not contact us in a timely manner, we may not be to help solve your issue.

Products sold through this website are intended to be used in Canada. GIBBON assumes no responsibility for supporting GIBBON products outside of Canada or for product damage from shipping or handling that takes place after the initial delivery of the product to the customer. Regarding orders to Canada: we currently offer Free Shipping to Canada with all potential duty and fees paid up front by us. You will be responsible for paying normal sales tax for your location but that's it - you won't face any surprise fees upon receipt of your order!
