Warranty Requests

All products purchased from GIBBON North America and authorized resellers include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage that results from normal wear and tear incurred with product usage. Similarly, it does not cover damage caused by product misuse or abuse. 

Some issues that may qualify for a warranty claim are:

  • Damaged Items
  • Items Missing From Your Order
  • Incorrect Items Received
  • Other Product Issues

Return Requests

We guarantee that you will love your GIBBON purchase. Items purchased directly from GIBBON North America can be returned for any reason for a full refund, less the cost of return shipping and excluding any outbound expedited shipping charges (for example, if you paid extra for next-day delivery instead of choosing standard shipping). If you ordered your product from another retailer, that retailer’s return policy will apply.

Extended Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed now through December 25th are eligible for GIBBON USA’s Extended Holiday Return Policy. When you purchase your SlackBoard, SlackLine, or SlackRack from our website at  www.gibbon-usa.com, you have until January 25th, 2026, to return your order through our easy-to-use Returns Portal. Use this option for general returns only, not for damaged items or warranty issues.
