Return & Refund Policy
Warranty Requests
All Products purchased from GIBBON Canada and authorized resellers include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage that results from normal wear and tear incurred with product usage. Similarly, it does not cover damage caused by product misuse or abuse. If you have an issue with your GIBBON product, please contact us at canada@gibbon-usa.com. Please include your order number (Example: #G-XXXXX) in your email along with a brief description of the issue and photos of the problem, if possible. Warranty is meant to cover:
- Damaged Items
- Items Missing From Your Order
- Incorrect Items Received
- Other Product Issues impacting performance
Return Requests
We guarantee that you will love your GIBBON purchase. Items purchased directly from GIBBON North America can be returned for any reason for a full refund, less the cost of return shipping. If you ordered your product from another retailer, that retailer’s return policy will apply.
- General returns do not include damage or a warranty issue, for which you should see above regarding Warranty Requests.

Extended Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed now through December 25th are eligible for GIBBON’s Extended Holiday Return Policy. When you purchase your SlackBoard, SlackLine, or SlackRack from our website at https://gibbon-canada.ca/, you have until January 25th, 2026, to return your order through our easy-to-use Canada Returns Portal. Use this option for general returns only, not for damaged items or warranty issues.
